Shoe Shopping!

Today is a good day because I finally handed in my other assignment *so relieved*

and..

I went shopping!! *well sort of la*

happy me! :)

I went to RHS aka Royal Sporting House punya warehouse sales.
The place is really near my campus! hehe ;p

I bought a pair of baby pink IPanema flip-flops for only RM15..

* this is my 3rd pair of IPanema flip-flops*

and....

a pair of Nike running shoes for only RM179. It's dirt cheap leh!!
* so pretty right? it's in my favourite colour- baby blue! :) *
* it was the last pair and it was in my size! It was so destine to be mine! muahaaha*

Here's the funny thing...

My Nike shoes' original price was actually RM425 before 50% discount. However, the salesperson there couldn't find the original box so she simply put into another shoe box which has the other shoes' actual price there *that original shoe price is RM349*. She wrote the article number on the box where the barcode is but..

the cashier didn't see it so she pandai pandai go scan the box punya price[RM349]. haha! After she scanned it, I finally realized so I kept quiet and told my dad after that and he laughed! LOL.

Therefore, for my new pair of NIKE shoes which the original price was RM425, I only paid RM179!! haha!! That's more than 50% discount leh..it's definitely a steal!!

And its the shoes which I wanted to buy long long ago..luckily I didn't. haha!!

However, I still have a bunch of things I want to buy.

Here's the list:

1. Nike Cortez shoes

2. The Little Miss tee i saw the other day

3. a few tops from Promod

4. a hat from Forever 21

5. some other things as well....

It's time to start doing my other two assignments which are due on Friday! *faints*

BYE!! :)

The Girlie Outing :)

I went out with my babes again on Monday. haha! This time we went to Bangsar. We went there to thread our eyebrows. Super happy that I no longer have messy eyebrows, it's now perfectly shaped and neat.
Absolutely love it! :D

After that, we walked up and down the streets of Jalan Telawi with all the small boutiques. I bumped into Ann Jill too. hehe! Will miss you la Jill :( After walking 10 shops, we only bought one baby tee each from the same shop. All three of us decided to buy a vintage tee. It's only RM25. Very cheap. Hannah and I bought an orange Smurf top each while Jas bought a pink top. Camwhored in the shop as usual even though we found out that there was a security camera. Haha! Nevermind la the shop assistant was a girl anyway.

* love you guys *
* another camwhore picture *

After walking up and down the streets of Jalan Telawi, we dropped by Bangsar Village II. Walked around again. haaha! We passed by The Banquet, it's a restaurant with absolutely beautiful deco. Next time we all dress nice nice then go eat there ok? hehe! :) We head home afterwards. Tired la walking so much. lol!

That's it for today peeps.

p.s: I'm looking for Mr. Happy? Hmm..find out in tmr's post. hehe! :)

The Lazee Piggy

Ever felt that when you're so busy with assignments, exams and everything else, you so desperately want to go on a holiday to relax and just do nothing but when you are free and on holiday, you just feel there's nothing to do but just laze around the house??

Well, I'm definitely feeling this way right now though. I'm stuck at home doing nothing at all. So boring. Life can sometimes be just so boring. I have less than 3 weeks till I'm back to my totally hectic and stressful uni life so I really need to do some more productive things instead of being just a pig in the house. *oink oink* Apart from going on holiday with my mom, aunt and little cousin, I have no plans at all. Anyone got some good
suggestions of what to do? LOL!

Anyway, I definitely have some shopping to do. Shopping not for clothes, but for a new LAPTOP :) haha! Yeap, I'm getting a new laptop soon since my mom and I are always fighting for it. Yay!! Right now, I have to searching for laptops which I hate to do the most since I'm so terrible at all these techie stuff. So yea I really need help. haha! I definitely need to look for my new laptop very fast and get everything ready before my semester starts just so I can get use to the new software and install all my adobe photoshop, etc.. Argh! so much things to do in so little time. Bah!

I need to ask my cousin to buy a router so I can get wireless internet and an external hard drive to transfer all my documents, pictures and etc so that he can reformat my old laptop. I'm so afraid it will just drop dead in
front of me. I will guarantee cry if I lose all my precious pictures. Serious!!!

Ok la that's it for now la. I'm lazy to write. See I'm turning into a piggy. NO!!! :(

Just some random picture in Camerons. :)

What a holiday?! - Part 2

Day #2:

After my disappointment with my purchases on day #1, I was really hoping that today would be more productive for me. Must buy more things! :) We woke up early and got ready for some extensive shopping. haha! But before that as usual, I camwhored again! :p* love big mirrors :p *
Anyway, my mom and I had breakfast at the hotel and immediately head straight to "Rumah Mode". In my opinion, this place is the best and worth going to. It had loads of genuine branded items but also had some of the in house items as well. The place is big, air-conditioned, brightly lighted, had proper fitting rooms where you can try your t-shirt tops unlike other places that don't allow. Damn nice! Even the exterior was nicely decorated. Check out some pictures of the place here:
We arrived quite early and the place had not open yet, so we snapped some photos.
* Take #1- too high** Take #2- slightly better *
* Take #3- perfect! ** mommy's half closed eyes. ** beautiful landscape right? but i look terribly fat here. ish! *

Once the place was open, it was shop, shop and shop! I didn't even want to leave the place but my mom dragged me out. :( I saw so many clothes I just wanted to buy.

Next, we made our way to Paris van Java, a shopping mall similar to the Curve. There's no factory outlets but all genuine brand outlets, such as Roxy, Quiksilver, Crocs...They even had J Co. and Sushi Groove. We ate Sushi Groove for lunch and J Co. donuts for tea/supper.

* pretty decorations ** Look! they have a MU cafe (doubt Msian has one i think.LOL) *
*Donuts, donuts and more donuts! *
*tiramisu, choreo ( my fav :p ),banana rama, bla bla...can't remember the names.** J Co. even has yogurt ice-cream. Yum! *

We left after while and continued to look for more factory outlets. After a few hours of walking, we got so frustrated and demoralized, we decided to call it a quits. Give up la. Everytime we find a factory outlet, it turn out to be a disappointment as there were hardly any genuine branded clothes. Before heading back to the hotel, we stopped at a mall and had Pizza Hut. They have so much more variety of crusts than M'sia does. We tried their latest one, Cheesy Bites stuffed with cheese (of course) and ham. Not bad la..

* Cheesy Bites are oh-so-delicious but oh-so-very-filling. *

That's the end of day #2.

Day #3 to be continued.....

What a holiday ?!

Here's the post which I had promised earlier on about my short holiday trip to Bandung, Indonesia. So here it goes...

During my one week semester break, my mom and I went to Bandung. My sis was supposed to join us but due to work, she had to pass even though we had already paid for the airport tax and everything. Luckily, we got free tickets from AirAsia during their free tickets promo in January so my mom still can claim back the taxes she paid.

So why Bandung? Hmm...well, it's because they're supposedly to be famous for factory outlets selling branded items and since I haven't been there, we decided to go there...However, I have to disclose that it wasn't a good trip though. You'll know why by the end of my post. Lolz! I shall let some of my pictures do the talking because I'm lazy to write :p

Day #1:

We left for LCCT around 9 in the morning for our 11 something flight. Here's our ride!
AirAsia Indonesia. If I'm not mistaken, the flight number was QZ7592. It's a really tiny plane man..

Guess where I sat...If you can't see, it's the emergency exit seats. I was so worried if something were to really happen, I would have to open the emergency door. Luckily, nothing happened. Phew!!

Here's the view from my window seat. I love the fluffy clouds. I was actually imagining the scene from the series, Triumph in the Skies. Even their theme song was playing in my head. Lol. I miss that show so much.hehe!After that, I camwhored a bit with my mom..haha!* shyt! i've gone fatter edi *

Here's some other random pictures on the plane.*my bright and cheerful rainbow knit bag ** see those papers there? it's my OB notes. I brought them to read for my assignment. LOL! ** did you know that's a bag? Supposedly to look like some leather jacket. Lol! it's unique but I don't like it. so tacky looking *

Anyway, we finally arrived in Bandung after a 2 hour flight. I was super shocked to see their airport. OMG! it totally didn't look anything like an airport. It was WAY worse than our LCCT. It was practically a tiny building. There was no proper immigration counter and luggage collection place..it was so terrible I tell you. I had to practically push myself to reach for my luggage. So much for a good impression huh? Haiz...

After getting our luggage, we grab a taxi to take us the hotel. The taxi guy totally ripped us off just because we're tourist.. Damn pissed off!

One thing I was happy about was the hotel we stayed in. I'm so proud of my dad for working in the hotel industry. Because of that, he has friends working in different hotels around the world so we managed to get a 4 star hotel at a very low price. And we were upgraded too. The service was super nice man..The HR manager even entertained us. I felt like a VIP man..HAHA! :) Arion Swiss Belhotel was where we stayed. Definitely would suggest you guys to stay there. Very good service there. Here's the pictures of our room:
* nice room rite? hehe! *
* those are real fresh flowers okay? *
* compliment fruit basket/platter *

Immediately after checking in and everything, we went shopping straight away. Our 1st stop was Heritage. It's a factory outlet with loads of original branded clothes but they also had some fake goods as well. So you've gotta be very careful when buying. Most of these factory outlets are in big bungalows along the street. It was definitely very tiring cuz we had to walk, walk and walk just to get to another factory outlet. They were all scattered everywhere. Luckily I did some research and checked out the ones that are worth going to. So Heritage was one of them. At the end of day, I was actually pretty upset as I had only bought like 2 tops. I had too high hopes for Bandung. Haiz. :(
